To strengthen our expert team at K-tronik for our customer from the wireless and communication industry, we're looking for a Requirements Engineer Funkkommunikationssysteme (m/w/x) in permanent employment. Tasks:

• Specification and design of innovative and complex communication systems in the military environment (for multiple customers) - Leadership of negotiations with external customers and partners, as well as technical involvement in the offer preparation - Taking up and transforming customer requirements into technical system solutions - Comprehensive consideration of the communication system architecture under derivation of use cases, function chains, and interfaces - Collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, product/project management, R&D) - Planning and implementation of verification-, validation- and acceptance strategies in coordination with the customers - Ensuring the installed performance capability at the customer's site

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or a comparable field or training - Must-have: Proven experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) with SysML - Must-have: Knowledge of use cases and function chains for military communication systems - You have a functional thinking ability and are able to recognize and understand the overall picture - You master tools for requirements management (e.g. JAMA, DOORS), Model-Based Systems Engineering as well as test- and validation tools (e.g. CAMEO, Enterprise Architect) - Willingness to take responsibility in a multidisciplinary team that works on future-oriented technologies in an innovation-driven environment - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift round out your profile
