Requirements Engineer – Customer Experience Location: Gdańsk / remotely Technology: Optimizely, Salesforce About the role We are looking for an experienced Requirements Engineer / Business Analyst with a strong focus on Customer Experience to join an international B2B organization. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business and customer needs into effective digital solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, UX, development and cross-functional teams to support the delivery of consistent digital experiences across multiple channels. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze and prioritize business and customer requirements Translate requirements into clear functional concepts and user experiences Assess the impact of proposed solutions on business processes Support decision-making around solution design and priorities Coordinate and support web and application development activities in an agile environment Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation process Ensure that delivered solutions meet business and customer expectations Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, IT, Marketing, Sales or a related field Several years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis or a similar role Experience working in a B2B and international environment Strong understanding of User-Centered Design principles Experience with enterprise CMS and/or CRM platforms Hands-on experience with Optimizely and/or Salesforce is highly desirable Experience supporting web and application development projects Good understanding of agile methodologies Excellent English communication skills What we are looking for Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements Ability to lead workshops and design processes Experience working with cross-functional and international teams Independent, structured and quality-oriented approach Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to build effective relationships with both business and technical stakeholders The opportunity This is an opportunity to join an international organization and work on digital transformation and customer experience projects, collaborating with teams across different functions and locations.
