Eliciting detailed functional, non-functional and operational requirements from stakeholders using techniques like interviews, workshops, surveys and document analysis and validating the requirements Analyzing, categorizing and prioritizing requirements to ensure they are clear, concise, complete, consistent, and feasible incl. documentation in a structured formatManaging changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proper impact analysis and approvalContinuously refine and prioritize product backlog based on value maximization, feedback and changing requirements, conduct regular backlog refinement sessions and decide on the inclusion or exclusion of product features based on value assessment Ensuring requirements traceability, linking them back to business objectives and forward to design, development and testing artifactsServing as the primary point of contact for clarifications regarding project deliverables and requirementsDriving clarification with instances outside of the core project team, such as legal specialists, data protection or works councilIdentifying potential risks and managing change requests effectively during all phases of the project Experience in project management within the context of HR or IT projects, ideally related to document management and e-signature implementationProven ability to work as a freelance/consultant with commitment to deadlines and deliverablesExcellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in German and EnglishAdaptive in managing projects using agile methodologies as well as traditional waterfall approaches depending on the project contextIdentifying potential risks and managing change requests effectively during all phases of the project Remote work possibleVaried tasks in a renowned company IT is and always has been our core business that laid the foundation for Hays' success.
