Tasks

• Analyze and control system requirements: You identify, document, and evaluate independent system requirements for train safety systems and take over management in the Requirements-Management-Tool DOORS.
• Requirement documentation: You create detailed specifications and align them closely with system engineers and software developers.
• Deviation and standard evaluation: You review project-related documents, evaluate deviations, and support compliance with national standards.
• System configuration support: You accompany the configuration and contribute to the exact implementation of technical specifications.
• Project guidance throughout the lifecycle: From planning to commissioning, you actively guide projects and ensure the highest reliability and safety in railway vehicle technology.

Qualification

• Qualification and expertise: You have a completed degree in business engineering or a technical/natural science field. Experience in software or product development processes is an advantage.
• Industry knowledge: Ideally, you bring knowledge from the aerospace industry, vehicle industry, rail technology, or railway process standards.
• Experience in requirements management: You can demonstrate knowledge of DOORS or similar tools and practice in Requirements Management.
• IT and language skills: Very good English and good German skills, as well as routine use of MS Office.
• Analytical thinking and self-initiative: Your structured, independent working style, your strong motivation and communication skills set you apart.
