Requirement Engineer (m/w/d) - BU2

We are looking for a Requirement Engineer to strengthen our locations in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt, with the possibility of remote work. Let's go Live!

As a Requirement Engineer in the telecommunications field, you will work directly with departments from our customers, analyze existing business processes, and develop concrete requirements for IT solutions. You will take on the interface function between Business and IT, ensure that business goals are understood, and support the implementation of these requirements into technical concepts and solutions. You will contribute to sustainably improving processes, driving digital transformations, and strengthening the competitiveness of our customers in the telecommunications and media industry.

Aufgaben

Together with you, we shape the telecommunications networks of tomorrow.

• Analyse, documentation, and optimization of Geschäftsprozessen and structures in telecommunications and media companies.
• Evaluation, structuring, and specification of fachliche Anforderungen from business departments.
• Translation of technical requirements into verwertbare IT-Anforderungen and close cooperation with development teams.
• Moderation and mediation between Business-Stakeholders, IT-Teams, and external partners.
• Creation of Use Cases, Prozessmodellen, User Stories, and functional specifications.
• Surety of the Nachvollziehbarkeit und Vollständigkeit of requirements throughout the project duration.
• Support in developing Lösungsarchitekturen and technical concepts as a response to business requirements.
• Participation in workshops, reviews, and presentations for departments and IT. Evaluation of process-, system-, and IT-solution options regarding feasibility, implementability, and strategic fit.

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in the analysis and design of business processes, ideally in the telecommunications or digital field.
• Very good knowledge of the Erhebung, Dokumentation und Priorisierung of business requirements and their translation into IT-conform formats.
• Experience with Prozessmodellierungs- und Anforderungsanalyse-Methoden (e.g. BPMN, UML).
• Understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain these to business stakeholders.
• Strong Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenzen and secure handling with various stakeholders.
• Experience with agile working methods and cross-functional teams.
• Very good knowledge of German and English languages.
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and high level of self-initiative.
