Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Person for a toys store in Kurla, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Local candidates from Kurla or nearby areas will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting toys and products
Provide product information and recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Handle billing, packaging, and cash/card transactions
Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management
Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation
Requirements:
Must be a local candidate (Kurla or nearby areas)
Prior retail or sales experience preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of billing and handling cash
Friendly, responsible, and reliable
