Job Title: Head of Department IB – Physics (Grades 6–12) Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Academic Coordinator / Principal Experience Required: Minimum 8–10 years in teaching; 2–3 years in leadership preferred Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of the Physics Department who can lead the academic and administrative activities of the Physics Department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning for students in grades 6-12. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physics and teaching, with experience in leading and managing teams. The role will involve developing and implementing departmental policies, managing budgets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
