Require an Assistant Finance Manager in Middle East

The role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting for the real estate portfolio, working closely with business and senior management. Lead and support the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for the real estate portfolio. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and highlight variances. Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and senior management. Partner with business units to understand financial performance drivers and provide insights. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Develop and maintain financial models for investment analysis and decision-making. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and investors. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in financial management. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with real estate or property management is a plus. Experience in the Middle East region is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
