Client Service Representative

Your role

As a bilingual French and English Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering personalized assistance, tailored solutions, and advice on their insurance needs. Your main responsibilities will include:

Responding to client requests by phone, email or chat in a professional and friendly manner.

Solving problems efficiently and quickly while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Informing and sensitizing clients about insurance policies, their benefits and conditions.

Maintaining precise records of client interactions in our database.

Collaborating with team members to continuously improve the client experience.

Profile sought

We value potential and attitude over experience. Previous experience in customer service, insurance or a similar field is an asset but not essential. We will provide you with comprehensive training and necessary support to succeed in this role.

Key skills:

C2 level in French.

Good mastery of English (trainings and communications will be held in English).

Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills.

Analytical spirit and ability to solve problems in a dynamic environment.
