AEC Sales Representative

HR Design recruits for its client - one of the most important providers of software solutions for general design, topography and infrastructure construction in Bucharest - an AEC Sales Representative (Architecture, Engineering & Constructions)! Job Description To carry out your activity, it is important: * to be a graduate of a faculty of construction, roads and bridges or installations in construction * to be proactive in your communication and actions * to be concerned with achieving results in the work you do * to like to learn and apply the feedback you receive * to follow the process steps and obtain the budgeted results * to know the English language at an intermediate-advanced level The key skills we are looking for: * previous experience in software sales (ideally in the field of engineering and design; at least in general software sales – digital platforms, Microsoft products, antivirus or similar) * minimum basic knowledge of the construction and infrastructure industry, with the desire to learn continuously * very good writing, presentation and communication/public speaking skills (in Romanian and English) It is a great advantage if: * you have experience as a salesperson or bidding engineer/estimator in the field of construction materials * you have knowledge of BricsCAD, ApliTop, TopoLT or similar programs Here's what you'll be able to do concretely: 1/ you deal with the promotion and sale of software programs in the company's portfolio, with an emphasis on specialized design and infrastructure solutions 2/ you manage requests coming in CRM and actively prospect the market to attract new clients, in relatively equal proportions 3/ you make and support sales presentations to clients 4/ you understand the needs and challenges of the construction and infrastructure industry and adapt offers to them 5/ you participate in networking events, fairs, exhibitions, together with the company team 6/ you are concerned with continuous learning, including through courses organized by manufacturers and through individual documentation Company Description If you don't hesitate, you can send us your CV to the email address [email protected] to enter the selection process.
