Technical Sales Representative - DMA Division
Job description
We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative (PJ), to join our team in Ponta Grossa – PR Activities: Prospecting of final customers and distributors; Realization of sales and development at field level of the company's portfolio; Training of sales channels and technical assistance, ensuring the necessary support for business growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy; Knowledge of plant nutrition and soil fertility (desirable); Familiarity with agricultural production systems and market trends; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Willingness to travel frequently; Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agricultural sector.
