Job description

We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative (PJ), to join our team in Nova Mutum, Mato Grosso. Activities: Prospecting of final customers and distributors; Realization of sales and development on the field of the company's portfolio; Training of sales channels and technical assistance, ensuring the necessary support for business growth. Requirements: Higher Education degree in Agronomy; Knowledge of plant nutrition and soil fertility (desirable); Family with experience in agricultural sales or related fields; Strong communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Willingness to travel frequently; Familiarity with CRM systems; Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
