Job description
We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative (PJ), to join our team in Pato Branco – PR Activities: Prospecting of final customers and distributors; Realization of sales and development on the field of the company's portfolio; Training of sales channels and technical assistance, ensuring the necessary support for business growth. Requirements: Higher Education degree in Agronomy; Knowledge of plant nutrition and soil fertility (desirable); Familiarity with agricultural products and services; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Experience in sales and marketing; Willingness to travel frequently; Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
