Technical Sales Representative

Purpose of the Position

To manage and develop the assigned client portfolio, ensuring a digital, agile, and customer-centric sales process, providing specialized technical advice that allows for the fulfillment of the business plan, driving profitability, and strengthening long-term commercial relationships.

Main Responsibilities

Manage the sales of their assigned client portfolio, ensuring the sales process is digital and easy for the customer, resolving requests, extraordinary orders, or customer inquiries related to price negotiation, increase in cylinder supply, collections, deliveries, credit notes, special deliveries, providing them with technical advice and support to achieve the established business plan.

Obtain new accounts through planned prospecting and document them via CRM, Develop new applications with clients, and Timely identification of client growth.

Act in accordance with the safety policies and standards established by the company that guarantee their own safety and that of their colleagues.

Act with business sense, ensuring that new and existing clients are contracted and represent a profitable business for the company, in accordance with commercial policy.

Digitize client portfolio service through digital tools such as Linde Recharge, Medigas Recharge, Linde Customer Portal, and Medigas Customer Portal with a special focus on order digitalization.

Customer Relations

• Provide specialized technical advice and support. Digitize service through tools such as Linde / Medigas Recharge and Customer Portals, with a focus on order automation.

Profile Requirements

• Academic Background: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, and other related fields.
• Driver's License

Experience:

• 2 years in technical sales, 2 years in production processes and/or maintenance.
• Manual transmission vehicle operation, possess a valid license.

Language:

• Conversational English

Technical Knowledge

• Chemical and metalworking industry (experience in industrial/medical gases desirable)
• Welding, cutting, heat treatment, food, or atmosphere control applications (desirable)
• MS Office, CRM, and Windows environment (mandatory)
