Job description

To strengthen this mission, a contracted team at Syngenta is seeking a CROP Specialist Sales Representative to operate in Rondonópolis/MT. This role will directly contribute to the delivery of:
- Attend OTO - Direct Sales clients;
- Identify business opportunities and new customers;
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate prices and payment conditions;
- Provide technical assistance to clients and answer questions about products;
- Conduct projections and training on correct product use;
- Audit contract execution and post-sales activities;
- Gather market information and competition data to support company decision-making.
