Who We Are and Who We Are Looking For

Fulterer Mexico is a subsidiary of an Austrian company that manufactures drawer slides.

We are a fast-growing drawer slide company looking to add a motivated Sales Representative to our team.

We are looking for someone with experience, especially in the Wood Furniture Industry, with a client portfolio in this sector. Someone who is ready to travel and support us in serving our existing clients as well as adding new clients and distributors who cater to the Cabinetry, Furniture, and Kitchen Manufacturer Industry, as well as other cabinet manufacturing companies.

What You Will Do

• Make Sales Calls which include: traveling to client and prospect facilities to provide them with information and support; conduct sales presentations to prospects and current clients, calculate and quote prices, take orders and close transactions; contact prospects and explain features and benefits of the products we offer, use persuasive and negotiation sales techniques; answer all questions regarding the product or service, with appropriate references where required.
• Monitor assigned territory performance against established objectives/guidelines and take appropriate actions to improve performance.
• Provide customer service to ensure problem resolution within policies; communicate client requirements and request support from other departments as needed; provide specific customer product feedback (product features, quality, performance, competition, potential sales outcomes, etc.).
• Assist in establishing sales objectives for the territory in conjunction with the Regional Manager and ensure sales activities are met, using good judgment and decision-making to ensure the company's ethical and professional standards of conduct are maintained.
• Stay abreast of and report to management on industry, product, economic, and other territorial changes that may impact sales and the business overall; provide reports of field and special activities to assist the business.
• Perform analysis on regional opportunities and develop forecasts for sales by customer and products.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

What You Must Have

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• English - 75%.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible work experience related to the Hardware or Wood Furniture Industry and any combination of education and training that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential job functions.
• Ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's various businesses and product lines.
• Reside in the cities of Monterrey, N.L.

• Ability to work and communicate with diverse groups, ability to achieve results through group efforts, and ability to persuade, market, and sell new ideas.
• Ability to interact with and follow up on quotes and orders through an internal CRM system.
• Ability to travel within the territory assigned by the company.
