Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine Description We are looking for the best talent for the position of Representative De Vendas Imunologia that will be located in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. Responsibilities
- Disseminate and promote products from your line to healthcare professionals, demonstrating solid knowledge about pathologies, treatments, and competitor products.
- Hold the capacity to guide and generate reflections on doctors' decisions regarding treatments, clarifying the proof of value of our products, as well as transparency on side effects and contraindications.
- Plan a productive itinerary for hospital visits, consulting rooms, clinics, and ambulatory services, focusing on priority doctors according to the action plan prepared for the cycle.
- Maintain an updated medical record, prospecting new healthcare professionals with high potential and reevaluating regularly the productivity of your client panel, as well as proposing changes whenever it makes sense for the business.
- Plan continuous medical education actions in line with marketing strategies and negotiate them with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Implement a robust planning and execution of visits, adopting CIA interaction techniques, as well as the order of visits and actions aiming at short-term, medium-term, and long-term results.
- Analyze CIA indicators against established objectives through audit reports and propose action plans for your territory.
- Understand the healthcare system scenario in your territory, building a detailed and strategic mapping of each account on your panel, in order to act on opportunities and minimize barriers during the patient's journey.
- Demonstrate strong strategic connection with various internal stakeholders to accelerate the execution of action plans in priority accounts, through clear roles and responsibilities.
- Continuously seek self-development, not limiting yourself to CIA tools and resources, as well as sharing and helping peers in individual growth.
- Proactively seek feedback from your immediate supervisor and other colleagues to improve performance and career growth, demonstrating engagement in personal development.
- Achieve the highest ethical standard and compliance, respecting rules, policies, and values contained in Our Credo.
- Complete Superior degree
- MBA or Post-graduation desired
- Possess previous commercial experience that is not in the pharmaceutical industry or experience in the pharmaceutical industry outside of the commercial area.
- Experience in any healthcare area will be considered a differential.
- Basic English.
- Invaluable to possess a valid CNH
- Availability for travel: 50% of the time.
- Reside in the location of the vacancy.
