About the Position
Prestige Travel Agency by Mich USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients throughout their travel experience. In this role of direct customer attention, you will be a reliable point of contact from initial reservation to post-trip follow-up, ensuring a fluid, personalized, and high-quality experience.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented, service-focused individuals who are passionate about travel, hospitality, and creating exceptional experiences for clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries by phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Assist with luxury and pleasure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Provide accurate and timely information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies
- Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure precision and client satisfaction
- Proactively follow up with clients before and after the trip to ensure a positive experience
- Address client concerns or issues with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and update reservation systems as needed
Requirements and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service (preferably in travel, hospitality, or related fields)
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems and reservation platforms
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently
- Genuine interest in travel and helping clients plan memorable experiences
