Customer Service Representative

Role:
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for the management of customer orders. With your ability to listen, you'll build relationships of trust with the customer and provide the best service possible: satisfaction above all!

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer calls and take orders;
  • Provide customers all the necessary information concerning orders and deliveries;
  • Advise customers on products;
  • Troubleshoot issues with customers and escalate to the manager as needed;
  • Handle complaints from customers with a professional and respectful attitude;
  • Inspect and clean the frames;
  • Executing any additional tasks related to Customer Service.

Requirements:
The ideal customer service representative is devoted to the satisfaction of the customer. They dedicate their full attention to each customer: regardless of the length of the call. The most important thing is that the customer feels that you do everything in your power to assist them.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in over the phone customer service;
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma;
  • Job stability;
  • Strong fluency in English (spoken) is required in order to interact with clients outside of Quebec; Proficiency in French required (spoken);
  • At ease with learning new computer programs;
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks;
  • Knowledge of the field of optics and eyewear, an asset;
  • Patience and listening;
  • Professional and respectful attitude.
***Option to have a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
