Job description
Provide exceptional service to our entrepreneurs, including responding to clients who present themselves at the counter, providing quotes, offering technical support and responding to all other client requests.
• Handle customer orders, including prices, substitutions (if applicable) and obtain additional information
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and build/strengthen relationships with new customers by evaluating their needs and providing another valuable solution
• Monitor customer satisfaction and offer prompt and professional problem resolution
• Support the sales team
• Receive, prepare and ship materials to clients
• Perform all other tasks as required by the Profit Center Director
