We are seeking an experienced Repostero with expertise in fine pastry and bakery, able to create high-quality recipes and control costs with precision.

Main responsibilities

Creating high-quality desserts, pastries, and cookies.

Developing and improving recipes.

Managing costs and technical sheets to ensure profitability.

Controlling ingredients and portions.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Ongoing innovation in new preparations.

Requirements

Proven experience in pastry and/or bakery.

Mastery of techniques in pastry, pastry-making, and baking.

Knowledge of recipe costing (essential).

Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organization.

Commitment, responsibility, and passion for cooking.
