Job Description

The Reporting Specialist will report directly to the Analytics Manager and will support the Manager, Purchasing Directors, and the Purchasing Vice President with reports, analysis, standardization of processes/tools, and project management. Due to the nature of this role, there will be both structured work/expectations and ad hoc requests. The ability to manage through ambiguity and uncertainty — to be flexible to the needs of the global group — is key to the success of the Analyst and the broader team. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, often with minimal direction is critical.

What you will do:

•Analyze and interpret trends in complex datasets to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
•Develop and maintain department and individual KPI dashboards to deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
•Ensure data integrity by validating and maintaining best practices for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
•Work closely with the global purchasing team members to understand individual analytics needs, to provide status updates, and to deliver the proper analytical support.
•Prepare presentations to management (Ex: project updates) and, as appropriate, present to the Purchasing Leadership Team.
•Attend meetings as required to support or represent the Manager. Assist with ad hoc requests such as financial impact analyses.
•Stay up to date with market trends and data analysis best practices to drive cost-effective decisions for DRiV Purchasing.
