REPORTING PACKAGE & IFRS ANALYST

We are looking for a REPORTING PACKAGE & IFRS ANALYST to join GNV's Administration, Finance, and Control team. The resource will be responsible for ensuring the harmonization of GNV companies' data and a correct and fluid consolidation process towards the Parent Company.

Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the consolidation process of accounting and financial data of GNV group companies according to the Parent Company's accounting principles (IFRS);

• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports for the purpose of management reporting and the Parent Company's consolidated financial statements;

• Collaborating with external auditors during audit activities for the Parent Company's consolidated financial statements;

• Acting as the point of contact in relations with the Parent Company for the management of related administrative deadlines;

• Ensuring the correct administrative/accounting management of GNV's foreign subsidiaries, also ensuring the quality and consistency of data prepared for their consolidation according to OIC accounting principles;

• Contributing to the optimization of reporting processes and related digital tools;

• Supporting management with ad hoc analyses and management reporting.

The profile we are looking for

We are looking for a professional with a degree in Economics or related fields. We require approximately 5 years of overall experience in auditing activities, preferably combined with approximately 2 years of experience in structured corporate environments.

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and OIC accounting principles and financial statement consolidation logic.

• Proficiency in using the Office suite (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint).

• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills to interact with transversal stakeholders (Parent Company, foreign teams, auditors).

• Knowledge of Tagetik is a plus;

• Good level of English (B2).

Remuneration details

• Direct employment: National Collective Labour Agreement for office and terminal employees of navigation companies and businesses engaged in private shipping, V level
• Salary range: between €38,000 and €45,000 annually, commensurate with actual experience
• Benefits: Meal vouchers, supplementary health insurance, company agreements, performance bonus.
