- Develop regular and ad hoc reports from concept to completion and uses insight to identify the best format and data interpretation to present and communicate to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and Power BI dashboards for project performance metrics.
- Design real-time and near real-time dashboards to monitor construction progress by work package, including filtering and export capabilities.
- Create dashboards to track cost health with comparisons against multiple forecasts and baseline budgets.
- Develop schedule health dashboards comparing current performance to multiple baselines and what-if scenarios.
- Analyze trends in cost, schedule, and risk to identify emerging issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Support predictive analytics, forecasting, and scenario modeling to enable proactive decision-making.
- Build and maintain near real-time dashboards for risk exposure, contingency status, and mitigation progress.
- Display leading indicators, trends, and forecasts related to project progress and costs.
- Automate data pipelines, refresh processes, and reporting workflows using Power BI and related tools.
- Collaborate with functional leads and stakeholders to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and system integration.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and customized reports to support executive and operational decision-making.
