Job Description Te kaupapa o te tūranga – The purpose of the role This is a fixed term role running until 30/09/2026 . Hours of work: Sunday 9:00 to 5:30 Monday to Thursday 9:30 to 6:00 As a Replenishment Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our shelves well-stocked and looking their best, ensuring our customers always find what they need. You’ll enjoy plenty of variety in your day, as you’ll not only be replenishing stock but also interacting with customers, helping them with product queries, answering questions about products, and providing excellent customer service. This role is all about teamwork, so you'll work closely with other team members to achieve our goals. Key responsibilities: • Replenish stock levels on shelves and in storage areas to ensure we have enough product to meet customer demand. • Work efficiently and effectively to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy. • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, helping with product queries, and providing solutions. • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and support the overall success of the store. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
