Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Principal Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for all activities related to land operations management for regions served by geoscience. Specifically, they are responsible for planning tasks for field technicians and geologists and ensuring workforce planning.

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Principal Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for all activities related to land operations management for regions served by geoscience. Specifically, they are responsible for planning tasks for field technicians and geologists and ensuring workforce planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate land operations according to budget to optimize (coordination, calendar, suppliers, tracking of work completion deadlines);
- Prepare work orders, identify necessary equipment, and transmit them to the field personnel;
- Create and manage task assignments for technicians and geologists and identify necessary equipment;
- Support project managers and technicians for various mandates or problems, questions, and improvements in operations and logistics (drilling, signaling, machinery);
- Support the Operations Supervisor to resolve on-site issues;
- Approve time sheets and expenses for the field team (technicians, geologists, and drillers);
- Implement new work tools within the field team and optimize procedures;
- All other tasks inherent to the position.
- Hold a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in planning land operations;
- Possess experience in civil engineering (an asset);
- Sense of planning and organization;
- Able to handle multiple tasks;
- Excellent priority management;
- Able to analyze and synthesize;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and good stress management.
