Van Courier for Parcel Delivery

Courier wanted to manage the distribution of packages in the province of Malaga. The job is done with a van provided by the company, which includes loading, organizing, and safely delivering the merchandise. The selected person must plan efficient routes, keep a detailed record of deliveries, and directly attend to customers, resolving any incidents that may arise during delivery. The workday is full-time, with a schedule that covers seven days a week and two rotating days off. Autonomy is required to work independently on the street, verifying shipping documentation, handling packages with care, and managing receipt signatures. It is also important to maintain fluid communication with the operations center to report progress and any anomalies on the route. The position includes performing basic vehicle maintenance and complying with all traffic and road safety regulations. We are looking for a methodical person with a service orientation, capable of representing the organization well in each delivery. The salary is in accordance with the current collective agreement and is supplemented by monthly incentives based on performance. The company provides the necessary training to start.
