Job description
The position consists of the management and delivery of packages with an organized and stable workday. The work begins with loading the vehicle at the corresponding logistics center, following an optimized route that is planned each day. Then, the driver moves to make deliveries safely and efficiently, prioritizing calm driving, especially in rural and semi-urban areas, which reduces the stress of urban traffic. During the workday, you work with great autonomy, allowing you to manage your pace without constant supervision, although with team support to coordinate any incidents. The role requires commitment to handling and delivery procedures to ensure the traceability of each package and the quality of service. It is designed for those who enjoy driving and value clear schedules, working independently within a logistical support structure. The routes take place in areas with less traffic, offering a more predictable work experience. The workday is 38 hours per week on the morning shift, starting around 10:00 AM, with no split or night shifts. The gross salary is 12.13 euros per hour, with an initial monthly contract and the possibility of continuation.
