Repair and Logistics Employee (m/f/d) TUMI Store Munich

To strengthen our team in the city center of Munich, we are looking for active support for the Repair Service and Store Logistics department as soon as possible, in part-time (24 - 30 hours/week).

Tasks

Tasks in the area of repairs

• With manual skill, you will independently carry out various repairs on customer items, e.g., replacing wheels or handles on a suitcase
• Processing of e-mail inquiries regarding repairs
• Customer and complaint management in the area of repair service

Tasks in the area of logistics

• Acceptance and inspection of incoming goods deliveries
• Communication with suppliers
• Responsibility for the proper storage of products

Qualifications

• Initial experience in warehousing or with repair work is an advantage
• You are handy and enjoy repairing things
• Reliability and care in goods receipt and storage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Polite and service-oriented interaction with our customers
