Repair Engineer

Summary: The Repair Engineer will be a critical member of the Repair Engineering Team, responsible for ensuring the long-term airworthiness and cost-effectiveness of aerospace engines through the development, industrialization, and support of repair solutions. This role involves comprehensive technical analysis, collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and technical documentation. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop new repair solutions for complex engine components; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement repair procedures; Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards; Conduct root cause analyses of failures and develop corrective actions; Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize repair processes. This role requires a strong understanding of aerospace engines, mechanical systems, and materials science, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
