Rental Sales Agent (m/f/d) - Madrid Alcobendas - Interinidad Contract

YOUR ROLE IN SIXT

• Create the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for each customer
• Provide excellent service to our customers at the branch, offering personalized advice.
• You will be our expert on all of SIXT's vehicle fleet and advise our customers on all protection and extra options
• Manage our premium vehicle fleet while selling additional services related to car rental
• Support operational tasks associated with driving and organizing cars in the parking lot, when necessary

• Sales Talent You are enthusiastic and proactive, enjoy direct contact with customers, and have a natural talent for sales
• Practical Experience and Management Skills You bring valuable experience in sectors such as sales, services, or tourism, you have a service-oriented mindset, stand out in customer attention, and define yourself as empathetic and responsible
• Communication Your communication skills are excellent, and you speak English fluently
• Flexibility You have availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and have a flexible approach to working hours
• Driving Permit You have a valid driving permit for driving vehicles
