Mission Context

Due to a high workload in the quality team and significant delays in compiling nuclear RFF (Rapport de Fin de Chantier - End of Site Report) files, support is sought to resolve the existing backlog and contribute to process improvement. The technicians currently responsible for RFFs also perform field control activities, meaning they cannot dedicate themselves full-time to processing these files.

Missions

• Compile and process nuclear RFF files that are currently delayed.

• Conduct an inventory of the existing compilation process.
• Identify any blocking points and areas for improvement.
• Propose improvements to optimize the compilation process.
• Contribute to structuring a workflow that can effectively absorb future workload.
• Depending on the profile, intervene on both aspects: operational support for file compilation and process optimization/audit.

• Experience in quality within the nuclear sector.

• Proficiency in RFFs.

• Proficiency in SNC (Sûreté Nucléaire de Conception - Nuclear Safety Design).

• Ability to take charge of compiling and processing RFF files.

• Ideally, the ability to also intervene in the analysis, improvement, and optimization of processes.
