Renewals Operations Manager

Job Description Role Overview The Renewals Operations Manager will drive predictable revenue growth and operational excellence across our customer renewal processes. This strategic role combines hands-on operational execution with analytical rigor, working cross-functionally to optimize renewal outcomes, enhance customer retention, and scale our Renewals & Professional Services GTM organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable processes that directly impact our revenue performance. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences. • Designing and implementing scalable processes to drive predictable revenue growth and operational excellence across customer renewal processes. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to optimize renewal outcomes and enhance customer retention. • Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our Renewals & Professional Services GTM organization. • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and operational excellence across our customer base. • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry. • Proven track record of driving predictable revenue growth and operational excellence across customer renewal processes. • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
