The Renewal Service Consultant is a key member of the Renewals team, responsible for maximizing customer retention and driving renewals revenue. This role focuses on proactive customer engagement, building strong relationships, and ensuring a positive renewal experience. Responsibilities: * Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are receiving value from Palo Alto Networks solutions. * Manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate quoting, and closing of renewals. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. * Educate customers on new product features, updates, and best practices. * Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Technical Support, and Professional Services, to ensure customer satisfaction. * Identify and mitigate potential renewal risks. * Negotiate renewal terms and conditions. * Achieve and exceed renewal revenue targets. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Salesforce. * Provide regular reporting on renewal activities and forecast. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems. * Experience with cybersecurity solutions is a plus. * Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value. * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
