This role will serve as an expert resource for Dialysis Therapy professionals, providing support and training on our innovative Hemodialysis products and treatments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with both end users and the sales teams to ensure effective product knowledge transfer. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting comprehensive training sessions for Dialysis Therapy professionals on our Hemodialysis products and treatments. • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and treatments, including their features, benefits, and applications. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our customers. • Providing expert-level support to customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person). • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product developments to ensure continuous improvement of our training programs. • Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, customer interactions, and product knowledge updates. The ideal candidate will possess: • A degree in a relevant field such as Nursing, Medicine, or Allied Health. • At least 2 years of experience in the renal care industry, preferably in a clinical or training role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for training sessions and meetings.
