Remote Working Student / Mini-Job in Customer Service flexible working hours & Home Office in E-Commerce Start-up (m/f/d)

We are a young German company founded in 2016, operating internationally in the field of e-commerce. We combine the complete vertical value chain from development, production, design, as well as sales and customer service of products in the areas of kitchen, household, and toys.

The largest and best-known brands in this area are MIAMIO, Calmado, and Tortillada. We sell our products in over 80 countries on 4 continents and specialize particularly in online sales via Shopify, Amazon, or Otto.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, no telephone support
• Assistance with administrative tasks, which include areas of e-commerce, for example
• Processing returns, complaints, and refunds via the respective marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Seller Central)Maintenance and updating of FAQ texts and standard replies to optimize customer support
• Monitoring and responding to customer reviews and questions on sales platformsCollaboration with the logistics team regarding inquiries about shipping, delivery times, or lost packages
• Documentation of recurring customer concerns for handover to product and marketing teamsSupport in creating and maintaining internal process documentation in customer service
• Participation during seasonal peak times (e.g., Christmas business) to ensure fast response times

Qualifications

• You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
• You already have MS Office skills or you are eager to acquire relevant skills, especially in MS Excel?
• You are keen to put your theoretical knowledge into practice?
• You are looking for a position with a minimum duration of 1 year, preferably a long-term position.
