Remote - UX Content Strategist – AI Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, UX, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or specialized certifications in UX or content strategy is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in content strategy or UX writing with a demonstrable track record of creating engaging digital content. Experience working with AI-driven tools and data analytics to inform content decisions. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI/Data Studio), and AI tools used in content personalization and performance analysis.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a forward-thinking content strategy that aligns with UX goals and leverages AI insights for competitive advantage.
• Creativity & Storytelling: Exceptional creative and storytelling skills to craft content that is both engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret AI-generated insights and user data, using them to drive continuous content improvement.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user experience principles, with a commitment to designing content that enhances usability and engagement.
• Content Strategy & UX Writing: Proven expertise in developing and executing content strategies, with strong skills in UX writing and narrative design.
• AI & Data Analytics: Experience using AI tools and data analytics to drive content optimization and personalization; a keen interest in emerging AI trends in content strategy.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in content management systems, digital analytics platforms, and familiarity with design and prototyping tools.
• Industry Trends: Up-to-date knowledge of UX design trends, content best practices, and AI-driven marketing strategies.

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our UX goals and business objectives, incorporating AI-driven insights to inform content decisions.
• AI Integration & Data Analysis: Collaborate with AI and data science teams to integrate advanced analytics and machine learning insights into content creation, optimization, and personalization efforts.
• UX Writing & Messaging: Craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for various digital platforms including websites, applications, and other user interfaces, ensuring consistency in tone and brand voice.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, AM, and operations teams to create content that enhances overall user experience and supports product goals.
• User Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct user research, content audits, and competitive analyses. Leverage AI-powered tools to gain insights into user behavior and content performance, using findings to refine strategies.
• Content Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights and AI tools to continuously test, analyze, and optimize content for performance, accessibility, and engagement.
• Guidelines & Documentation: Develop and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and documentation to ensure a unified and scalable content strategy across all digital touchpoints.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring content initiatives align with strategic objectives and are delivered on schedule.
