• Communicate with top-level suppliers and wholesalers to organize trips without complications

• Prepare professional proposals, invoices, and travel documents

• Respond to client questions and support them before, during, and after their trip

• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and supplier tools

• Participate in continuous training and team meetings (optional)

• BUILD lasting relationships with clients to generate recurring business and referrals

• Passion for travel and helping others

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive mindset; love managing your own schedule

• Comfort with technological tools like email, booking platforms, and CRM systems

• Extra: Previous experience in customer service, tourism, marketing, or sales

• Extra additional: Being bilingual or multilingual (Spanish is highly valued!)

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
