Remote Structural BIM Modeler

As a Structural BIM Modeler, you will be working with an award winning structural engineering firm providing design services for architects, developers, contractors and owners. Responsibilities: The BIM Modeler will be involved in developing models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and other relevant software tools. This includes creating and managing 3D models of buildings, bridges, and other structures, as well as collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet project requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining accurate and detailed 3D models of structures using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet project requirements; • Providing design services for architects, developers, contractors and owners; • Participating in project meetings and providing input on design development; • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the project's scope, goals, and timelines. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have: • 3+ years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeler or equivalent; • Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
