Remote Store Manager - Relief Team

With 58 stores spanning the NT, NSW, QLD, SA, and WA, we are the fastest growing remote retailer in Australia! We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Single / Couple Store Managers –to join our Relief/ Permanent Management Team. As a Remote Store Manager - Relief Team member, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of one or more stores, including but not limited to: • Managing store inventory, ordering stock, and maintaining accurate records; • Supervising and mentoring store staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed; • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth; • Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring all customers receive an exceptional shopping experience; • Collaborating with the wider Outback Stores team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency; • Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company initiatives, policies, and procedures. Please note that this is a relief role, which means you will be required to work on an ad-hoc basis, covering stores as needed. You must be available to start immediately.
