The Company is expanding in our territories and we are in immediate need of dedicated Benefits Representatives with ambitious goals. Responsibilities: Helping customers by providing product and service information Answer customer questions regarding their coverage Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Regularly communicate with customers through phone, email, and mail to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
