Remote Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

You won't just be doing a small task, but as Online-Marketing-Generalist, you'll create real marketing impact – from strategy to finished funnel?

At automadeit, you'll work as an all-rounder on everything that makes up digital marketing:

You write texts that sell, build funnels that convert, and advise customers at eye level.

No 08/15 job awaits you, but a role with real design freedom in one of the fastest-growing performance marketing agencies in the DACH region.

Tasks

• Copywriting & Ad Texts: You write texts that sell – for ads, landing pages, emails, and funnels. Performance-oriented, without sacrificing authenticity.
• Funnel Construction: You build and optimize webinar funnels and pages in WordPress or OptimizePress. From the first click to the purchase completion, you know how our customers' funnels work, and can therefore suggest optimization proposals.
• Creative Briefings: You bring ideas for creatives, brief UGC creators, and write scripts for video ads that stop and convert.
• Email Marketing: You develop and maintain email sequences and newsletters – from the welcome series to the reactivation campaign.
• Strategy & Customer Consulting: You advise our customers at eye level, recognize growth potential, and develop strategies that really work.
• Reporting & Tracking: You keep KPIs in mind, analyze data, and lead clear action steps – numerically, not gut-feeling-driven.

Qualification

• Professional Experience: At least 2 years in digital marketing – ideally in an agency or personal brand/coaching field.
• Copywriting Competence: You know how to write texts that move people – not just inform. Ad texts, funnels, emails: everything is no new territory for you.
• Funnel Understanding: You have built or accompanied funnels and understand how the individual building blocks fit together – from the ad to the completion.
• KI Affinity: You actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude & Co. in your daily work – not as a toy, but as a real productivity lever.
• Solution Orientation: If something doesn't work, you look for ways. Google, YouTube, self-initiative – you find answers before asking.
• Communication Strength: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking. You can communicate clearly, precisely, and persuasively – internally and with customers.
