Remote LLM Trainer - Agent Function call

Role Overview: This position is responsible for training Large Language Models (LLMs) on Turing’s proprietary platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in training LLMs, preferably with a focus on agent function calls. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop training protocols for LLMs to improve their performance on specific tasks; • Collaborate with the AI research team to integrate new models into the platform; • Work closely with the data science team to ensure high-quality training datasets; • Develop and maintain documentation for training protocols and model performance metrics; • Participate in regular meetings with the AI research team to discuss progress, challenges, and future directions. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Psychology); • 2+ years of experience in training LLMs, preferably with a focus on agent function calls; • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
