Remote LLM Trainer (Agent completion tasks)

Role Overview: This position is responsible for training Large Language Models (LLMs) on agent completion tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in training LLMs, a strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning concepts, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop training datasets for agent completion tasks; • Train and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) on these datasets; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into AI systems; • Develop and maintain documentation for LLM training processes and best practices; • Participate in regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, share knowledge, and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field; • 2+ years of experience in natural language processing and machine learning; • Strong understanding of LLMs, their applications, and their limitations; • Experience with training datasets and data preprocessing techniques; • Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and tools; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
