Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced programmer to join our team as a Remote LLM Agentic Trainer. As an expert in Large Language Models (LLMs), you will be responsible for training and fine-tuning these models to achieve specific goals, such as improving their ability to generate human-like text or perform complex tasks. Your work will have a direct impact on the development of AI systems that can assist humans in various industries, from healthcare to finance. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and train LLMs using various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch); • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate trained models into real-world AI systems; • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for the training data and models; • Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code is well-organized, readable, and follows best practices; • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs and AI research, and apply this knowledge to improve our models and systems. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field; • 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or R; • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including deep learning and natural language processing; • Experience with large-scale data processing and manipulation using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn; • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure; • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently; • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
