Your Tasks

• With your professional experience...
• categorize, prioritize, and process incoming service requests efficiently and solution-oriented
• analyze existing IT infrastructures and customer environments to identify optimization potential
• takes over remote support for our customers and is occasionally also on site in Cologne (after prior announcement)
• processes disturbances, change requests, and general inquiries – always with a high quality standard
• creates understandable and practical documentation as well as guidelines for colleagues and customers
• leads and accompanies IT projects – from planning to implementation to successful handover – both internally and at our international customers
• ensures structured project communication, coordinates involved teams, and ensures timely implementation
• grows together with us – through new challenges, further development, and active exchange within the team
• uses your creative freedom to bring in ideas and develop our services and project processes further
• works independently, structured, and takes responsibility for your tasks and projects

Qualifikation

Your Qualifications

• You have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in the administration of Windows client/server environments as well as cloud systems
• You bring advanced skills in IT project management and understand how to plan, coordinate, and successfully implement projects
• You are interested not only in technical topics but also want to actively participate in the further development of our products and INVENTRY's strategic orientation
• You have a strong hands-on mentality, enjoy learning new things, and continuously develop yourself
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong customer orientation are among your strengths.
• You have completed a successful training as an IT specialist (or equivalent qualification)
• You are a true team player and approach new challenges with enthusiasm
• You have very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
