Remote IT Recruiter

At Sequoia Connect, we provide IT Services & Technical recruiting services to global companies and we are looking for a full-scale recruiter to help continue with this growth. The People Operations Team is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help support the growth of our client's Engineering and Admin teams. The ideal candidate will partner with our hiring managers and People Team to build out creative strategies to find, attract and hire top candidates. You should be comfortable working alone and as part of a team. What You'll Do: * Manage full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles in the IT space. * Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. * Source candidates through various channels. * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. * Manage candidates through the interview process. * Extend and negotiate offers. * Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System). * Participate in team meetings and projects. What You'll Bring: * 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting. * Experience recruiting for various IT roles. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with ATS systems. * Ability to manage multiple priorities. * Excellent organizational skills. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
