DAI Software is a software consultancy from Darmstadt that develops enterprise-grade applications on a fully modern TypeScript stack.
We are an experienced, lean team - no overhead, no bureaucracy. We think in systems, take full responsibility for our work, and have firmly integrated AI-powered workflows into our daily routine. Located in Darmstadt, we are looking for engaged colleagues from South and Central Hesse and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

You develop cleanly structured code from architecture to deployment.
You think along, contribute opinions, and take full responsibility for your work - from planning to delivery. No ticket closing, no micromanagement. Full personal responsibility in a well-coordinated team.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in development, preferably with TypeScript
• Solid knowledge in React and/or backend with Bun or Node.js
• Experience with API design and integration
• Proficient in relational or document-based databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Practical experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows
• Experience with frontier models and corresponding harness
• Experience with testing (e.g., Vitest, Playwright, or similar)
• Independent, results-oriented way of working - you don't need guidance
• Fluent German (working language)

Degree in Computer Science, an Engineering degree, or a comparable education or equivalent professional experience.
