We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Incident Response Tech Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading our remote incident response efforts, providing technical expertise, and ensuring seamless communication with our customers. As a key member of our security operations center (SOC), you will play a critical role in identifying, containing, and remediating security incidents. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading the remote incident response team to ensure timely and effective resolution of security incidents. • Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members on incident response procedures and best practices. • Collaborating with other teams to develop and implement incident response processes and procedures. • Conducting root cause analysis and developing recommendations for preventing future incidents. • Staying up-to-date with the latest threat intelligence, trends, and technologies in cybersecurity. • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. • Participating in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for our customers. • Collaborating with other teams to develop and implement security awareness training programs. • Staying current with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to incident response and cybersecurity.
