Remote HR Business Partner (JB5811) Location: Remote for South African candidates Salary: R60 - 65,000 CTC Working Arrangement: Full-time, open-ended contractor agreement. This European-based boutique advisory and consulting firm is expanding and seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join its growing team. Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will work across a varied scope, from developing strong internal relationships to advising other businesses on effective people management. The position requires a high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You will be responsible for providing HR support to the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
